AI Product, Workflow, Claude Code, and Codex Consulting

I do consulting work around AI product strategy and workflow design. The most interesting version of that work is usually not generic “AI transformation.” It is much narrower and more concrete: helping a team decide where AI is genuinely useful, what the workflow should look like, what should be automated, and how to move from experiments to something durable.

That can include product direction, prototyping, operator workflows, internal tools, research systems, and the layer between model capability and actual usage. It often also includes tools like Claude Code and Codex, especially when those tools can shorten the path from ambiguous idea to working system.

I do not think of this as vendor-specific consulting so much as product and workflow consulting in an AI-native environment. But if a team is specifically looking for someone who understands how tools like Claude Code or Codex can fit into product work, internal systems, or operator workflows, that is absolutely in the zone I am interested in.

Put more directly: if you are searching for a Claude Code consultant, Codex consultant, AI workflow consultant, or AI product consultant, this is the layer of work I mean. The value is not in saying a tool name. It is in knowing where the tool actually helps and how to wrap it inside a durable workflow.
